At the headquarters of Sistema Sicurezza S.r.l., the vertical garden plays a key role in renewing the company’s workspaces, becoming a tangible expression of the company’s commitment to people’s wellbeing and to the quality of the working environment. Positioned in a highly frequented internal area, the green wall establishes a new relationship between nature and work, shaping a corporate identity rooted in sustainability, care, and attention to detail.
The installation features 650 living plants, arranged in a dense and continuous botanical composition designed to enhance the vertical dimension of the space and guide the eye through a coherent and immersive visual experience. The selection combines evergreen species with plants featuring structured foliage, creating a balanced, long-lasting natural effect that harmonises with the interior architecture.
The vertical garden actively supports the daily wellbeing of employees. The presence of greenery improves visual comfort and spatial perception, contributes to a more stable indoor microclimate, and supports concentration, helping to reduce mental fatigue. This integration of natural elements reflects a forward-looking approach to corporate welfare, where the quality of work environments translates into motivation, productivity, and overall quality of time spent in the workplace.
For the company, the project represents a meaningful step toward a more people-centred working model, where sustainability and technology work together to enhance everyday professional life in a measurable and continuous way. The green wall is equipped with an automated irrigation and remote management system, supported by scheduled maintenance carried out by the technical team at Verde Verticale.
A project that interprets greenery as a tool for value creation, connection, and corporate culture.
