The future moves, migrates, connects, transforms. In this flow of ideas and cultures that runs through the MoscaPartners Variations exhibition, the installation ‘Biophilic Architecture: Breathing Cities, Living Structures’ narrates a different migration: that of nature towards the city. A symbolic and physical transition in which greenery reappropriates built spaces, becoming an active protagonist of a new, more sustainable, sensitive and interconnected urban vision.
In the heart of Palazzo Litta, a vertical garden rises up between the historic stairways, marking the boundary between past and future. Here a reflection on biophilia - the innate connection of the human being with nature - comes to life as a design key to regenerate urban environments, restoring centrality to well-being, air quality and the living beauty of places. The large structure of Verde Verticale takes shape from the ground, grows in space and crosses it, reinterpreting the language of architecture with that of nature.
The added value of this ecosystem is Moverty, an innovative green technology system that cleans the air we breathe. Through a natural water filtration process, Moverty removes fine dust, viruses and bacteria, absorbs CO₂ and releases oxygen, transforming the environment into a visually regenerating and physically healthier place. A device that not only purifies the air, but redesigns our relationship with it, combining science and nature in a single perceptive experience. Moverty is breath. It is wellbeing. It is future.
This installation is not just a vision, but a prototype of a possible city: greener, more human, more breathable.
